Andrew Duncan · Wellington, New Zealand
Freedom through property.
I help New Zealanders use property to buy back their time — investors, landlords, real estate agents, and anyone just trying to make smart real estate decisions.

Who I am
I’m Andrew. Thanks for being here.
I live in Wellington with my family, and I’ve spent my working life around property — buying it, managing it, selling it, and teaching people how it works. It’s a privilege being in a position to share knowledge and advice that can make a dramatic difference in people’s lives.
Somewhere along the way it became clear that what I value most about property is its potential to facilitate freedom — the foundation to live an intentional life, on your own terms.
Below are four ways I can help you on your journey. Whether you’re buying your first home, building a portfolio, renting a place out, or selling houses for a living — the goal is the same. More choice about how you spend your time.
